X Harmony International Warranty
X Harmony guarantees this bracelet for a period of one year from the date of purchase, with the exception of loss, theft and damages resulting from ill treatment. The warranty is valid only if (1) the bracelet has been sold by an official X Harmony retailer, (2) the bracelet has been inspected and warranty card signed by an official X Harmony employee.
What items are covered by the X Harmony Warranty?
X HARMONY is and always will be a company that prioritises quality over everything else. We provide a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, with the exception of loss, theft and damages resulting from ill treatment.
X HARMONY warrants the bracelets against defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use within the applicable Warranty Period, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty. This warranty strictly does no cover damages to the product or personal property such as your Apple Watch, that arise from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, accident (dropping the product, etc.), or not following instructions.
What items are not covered by the warranty?
Damages to X HARMONY products that might have resulted from normal wear and tear, removal or installation, misuse or abuse, or modification are not covered under X HARMONY's warranty. X HARMONY will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any X HARMONY product. The warranty does not cover the repair or replace of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property. Products that are not purchased from an authorised X HARMONY reseller are not covered under the warranty.
